1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DataWipeNow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

DataWipeNow is a subscription service that submits data removal requests to data broker websites on your behalf. We search for your personal information across 100+ data broker sites and submit opt-out and removal requests to have your data deleted.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Our service is offered on a subscription basis. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.

• Monthly plans are billed every 30 days
• Yearly plans are billed annually
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information for removal requests
• Only submit information that belongs to you
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the service

6. Service Limitations

While we make every effort to remove your data from data broker sites, we cannot guarantee complete removal. Data brokers are independent third parties, and their compliance with removal requests varies. Some brokers may re-collect your data over time, which is why we provide ongoing monitoring as part of your subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

DataWipeNow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration.
